Caucus Signature Event Coordinator
- Develops event concepts aligned with caucus mission, cultural observances, and community priorities
- Creates comprehensive event timelines, work plans, and run-of-show documents
- Coordinates logistics including venue selection, permits, accessibility needs, vendors, technology, and cultural considerations
- Builds and manages event budgets, sponsorship coordination, and in-kind support when applicable
- Works with Communications Volunteer Coordinator and Graphic Design Lead to ensure timely promotion and brand consistency
- Collaborates with County Ambasssadors, Community Organizers, and Tabling Teams to support outreach and attendance
- Oversees volunteer roles and assignments during events to ensure smooth execution
- Ensures culturally respectful protocols, inclusive practices, and community safety considerations
- Troubleshoots real-time challenges and adapts to changing needs during events
- Leads post-event debriefs and gathers feedback to improve future programming
- Tracks attendance, engagement outcomes, and key insights for reporting and planning
- Demonstrated experience planning large-scale or community events
- Strong organizational and project management skills

Signature Event Support Volunteer: Lunar New Year
We are seeking detail-oriented, community-minded volunteers to support the Event Coordination Team in delivering a welcoming, culturally affirming Lunar New Year celebration. This team ensures the event runs smoothly while honoring the diverse identities that shape Arkansas today.
Volunteers will assist with logistics, hospitality, cultural programming support, outreach, and day-of operations. Volunteers play a critical role in creating a celebration rooted in connection, cultural pride, and community.
- Assist with event setup, layout, signage, décor, and breakdown
- Support hospitality guest welcome, food service flow, and accessibility needs
- Help coordinate performer and activity logistics and maintain program timing
- Provide attendee guidance and foster an inclusive and culturally respectful environment
- Support volunteer coordination and respond to day-of needs as they arise
- Assist with outreach, check-in, and community engagement
- Troubleshoot minor issues and elevate concerns to the Event Coordinator

Graphic Design Lead
- Using Canva to create culturally relevant and reflective graphics for social media, the website, the newsletter, etc.
- Developing a backlog of evergreen content to maintain online presence and activity
- Developing and maintaining brand consistency and key messaging needs
- Advanced graphic design experience to ensure content is marketable and appealing to our audiences
- Works with the Online Community Manager to ensure content is relevant and highly engaging

Administration
Online Community Manager
- Posting quick actions, announcements, events, and news
- Detail oriented
- Online platform navigation expertise and experience
- Fielding questions and directing them to the appropriate people
- Fostering community and furthering the caucus mission
- Commenting and engaging with external content to build visibility
- Responding to and navigating online conflicts in a neutral and civil manner
- Engages graphic design lead and guides content development based on key analytics and content engagement trends

Administration and Public Relations
Data Entry Interns (Multiple Positions)
- Ensure that our website calendar is shared across our channels, including online community, social accounts, Mobilize, etc.
- Works with coalition partners to make sure our website event calendar is up to date and accurate.
- Collect and manage member information for network building and Caucus growth
- Oversee event or training information and data-related needs
- Track engagement trends and membership growth
- Analyze data for engagement improvement
- Support VAN access, management, and oversight related to Caucus needs
- Grow AANHPI data collection skills and resources to improve population-specific data
- Create reporting and briefs based on data to drive engagement and talking points

Communications Volunteer Coordinator

- Strong communication skills, especially in advocating for member needs and systemic change

Community Organizers (Multiple Positions)
- Experience or knowledge with mobilizing strategies, Arkansas and AANHPI culture, and the political landscape (or interested in learning)
- Some political understanding or willingness to learn

Tabling Team Member (Multiple Positions)
- Recruiting new volunteers and/or members at events
